To stand out from the crowd your business need a Logo.  A Logo is a design symbolizing ones organization. Logo is a graphic representation or symbol of a company name, trademark, abbreviation, etc., often uniquely designed for ready recognition. You may also think of a Logo as a simple visual mark to identify your company product or services. 1.    Balance is the key of your business
A logo can be just text such as IBM, just a graphic symbol like the Nike "swish," or include both elements. Regardless, it should reflect your company - its heart, soul, and personality. First and foremost, keep your audience and products/services in mind, because you want your logo to reflect your business. Logos that have a strong, balanced look work best because they are easy to read, and in the crowded marketplace, that can attract positive attention.
Logo can be designed by either the two ways. Firstly go through Text, Secondly for Graphic. Example IBM as and Nike like Graphics. 

2.    Choose your color
Color is what catches the eye choose your color to create a logo to identify about your business in market.  Choosing the right logo color can highlight your business, strengths and customer .choose color is one of the most impactful for developing the business because nobody knows your business its strengths and goals better than you.

3.  A logo should be flexible.
A logo should be visible and recognizable on a large billboard from 100 yards away. A business card from 3 inches away. It should also work well in different sizes for brochures, designs, embroidery, stamping, embossing, and other marketing materials, such as product labels.
A good logo will work well in many colors and in just one or two colors (and yes, black is a color). It will also work on light backgrounds as well as dark backgrounds, and even on multicolored backgrounds.

4.  Logo should be unique
The unique logo mean that logo is not copied from other because logo design also means that the image will stand out from the rest of the competitors in the market. Many brands fail to build a brand identity in the absence of an impressive logo because a logo design is one of the simplest ways to make a brand name recognition impact.  If you have a simple, unique and recognizable logo design, people who visit your ecommerce solution often, will quickly associate your logo design with your business. Understanding unique logo concept is important for both designers and clients. We all know that logo should be clean and memorable. 

5.  Logo should be compact, and select a proper font
A logo must be appropriate and simple. Do not overwhelmed with the concept to make a logo more complicated, but it should be simple carrying the definite purpose.  Do not try to borrow concept or structure from others. We can see very frequently that one likes a logo and then make it different by changing the color and words. This is not the proper way of logo designing. Because you must be caught one day. So try to discover your own design and concept to launch a logo.  There are a lot of modern font designs which are mostly used by the designers, but I suggest you to build your logo more simple and regular fonts to make it more classic. If you use the glittering fonts, than the logo will be gimmicky.
